ProUtils provides free browser-based tools for personal and commercial use. You may use the tools freely for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Intellectual Property

The ProUtils name, logo, and site design are owned by ProUtils. The tools themselves are provided for your use but remain our intellectual property. Files and content you process through the tools remain entirely yours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use the tools at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProUtils shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
